Il saggio vuole porre l’attenzione su quelli che oggi sono gli aspetti piu emergenti nel mondo sanitario. Una sanita che si espone sempre piu ad un mercato piuttosto che ad un sistema sociale che vede la cura al primo posto tra i propri obiettivi. Un sistema sanitario che cerca di cambiare volto e per questo guarda alla sua figura non solo come un ente addetto alla salute della collettivita ma come una vera e propria impresa in cui prende parte anche la sostenibilita mentre di contro, nel mercato privato, si rafforza il problema dell’applicazione delle polizze specialistiche ai medici non specialisti. La sfida, oggi, piu di prima, sara quindi quella di riuscire a mantenere, attraverso nuove soluzioni, i presidi medici nella loro veste di servizi pubblici ed a realizzare una sanita economicamente sostenibile.
This paper aims to draw attention to what are currently the most pressing issues in the healthcare sector. Healthcare is increasingly exposed to market forces rather than being a social system that prioritises treatment above all else. A healthcare system that is trying to change its image and therefore sees itself not only as an institution responsible for the health of the community but as a real business in which sustainability also plays a part, while in the private market, the problem of applying specialist policies to non specialist doctors is becoming more acute. The challenge today, more than ever, will therefore be to manage to maintain medical facilities in their role as public services through new solutions, and to achieve a financially sustainable healthcare system.
